Review The principal purpose of this review is to discuss changes in Copyright Reform. The authors claim that want to keep copyright for commercial aims, but they want to set all non-commercial copying and use it for free. To be honest, I agree with this document that copyright law should be revised because today’s ban on non-commercial sharing of culture between private citizens are threatening fundamental rights, such as the right to private communication, freedom of information, and even the right to due process.
